Will the AI builder delete my existing channels?
No — the default Build (add to server) mode only creates what's missing and leaves everything else alone. Rebuild from scratch is a separate, Pro-and-up option that asks you to type your server's name before it runs, and it takes a backup first.
Can I see what it will build before it builds?
Yes. Every prompt produces a blueprint preview — channel tree, roles and colors, rules, reaction roles and level rewards. Previews are free on every plan; only applying a build counts against your monthly quota.
What permissions does the bot need?
To build servers it needs Manage Roles and Manage Channels; moderation features need the matching moderation permissions. The invite link requests exactly what the modules use, and the bot's role must sit above the roles it manages.
How does a paid plan apply to my servers?
Your plan belongs to your account. In the dashboard you assign it to up to 1, 3 or 10 servers depending on tier, and can move it between servers whenever you like.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. When you sign up, your first 2 servers get every Elite feature for free, including 2 AI server builds. Start it from the banner in the dashboard, or just run your first AI build and it starts on its own.
Can I make a custom invite link?
Yes, free on every plan. In the dashboard open Invite Links, pick a name and a channel, and share serverssmith.com/i/your-name. It never expires, and you can have up to 5 per server.
Which AI model does it use?
Builds use a strong general model on every paid plan; Elite builds use our most capable model for larger, more nuanced servers. Message content is only sent to AI for features you turn on (AI moderation, /ask).
Is ServerSmith finished?
Not yet — ServerSmith is in Beta. All features are in active development, so some may not work perfectly yet. We're working on them and will update you in Discord when they're ready. Everything on the Free plan works today, and you can report anything odd to info@serverssmith.com.
When can I buy a paid plan?
Paid plans launch soon. Until then the paid buttons say "Coming soon". Start free today: every free feature works right now, and nothing you set up is lost when you upgrade later.
Do paid plans renew automatically?
Not yet. Each payment buys 30 days of your plan, and paying again extends it. Auto-renewing subscriptions are coming soon. When a pass ends, the server falls back to Free and nothing you built is removed.
Who processes my payment?
Payments are processed and handled securely by Revolut. All payments are processed under ModCentral Holdings Ltd (Company No. 9437764, NZBN 9429053750594). ServerSmith never sees or stores your card details.
